Hi I'm Tammy Green, married to Garry with 3 grown up sons.
I first thought about becoming a driving instructor over 10 years ago, when I was giving my nephew some extra practice, his instructor told me i was going a really good job. At the time i was working full time as a school dinner lady, but the seed had been planted.
I started the Instructor training with a company in Bodmin and at first went really well and I passed the first two parts comfortably, then the instructor started cancelling and just not turning up eventhough it was prepaid. My 2 years ran out and i'd not recieved any training for the part 3 test.
I still wanted to be a driving instructor so redid my training with Tony at Accord Driving School, I'm so glad I did, I gave up work as a dinner lady and joined Accord and not looked back.
I've been a driving Instructor for the past 3 years, still loving the job especially the joy when really nervous pupils pass their tests.
